This past week has been incredibly busy! I went to my second annual Refuel: Innovate Church conference at Thomas Road in Lynchburg (home church of Liberty University) and was blessed by some awesome pastors such as: Ed Stetzer, Johnny Hunt, Jonathan Falwell, Johnathan Maxwell, Steven Furtick, and more! It was an incredible blessing to hear from these guys who have ginormous churches talk about the struggles they have even with big churches. They talked about us realizing God has us where we are, and has equipped us. That we need to find our yes, even when the church budget says no. That we need to focus on the one while trying to get "many" to our church!
After the conference, I came home for a few hours and the next day left for a three day Deacon retreat! It was incredible...the deacon's came up with wonderful ideas and God is moving in these servant leaders! I am excited about what is going on at the church and praying it continues!
