I am not a fan of the cold? I'm not a fan of how people drive in the cold...the wind in the cold...cold drafts...I am however a fan of cold beverages (non alcoholic of course) some cold foods and a cold shoulder every now and then haha along with COLD HARD CASH...
But it being Winter and all, it makes sense for it to be cold. I still, however am not a fan of cold. I recognize that God made all of the seasons in the beginning and He has a purpose for all of it, but it's not my favorite.
I love, however, to see what God does in each season. Not just in the four seasons of the year, but in every season of our lives. There is always something new that God reveals to us or teaches us. A lot of times that comes out of adversity or out of the dark and cold seasons of our lives.
So, that brings me to the double question. What's your favorite season (of the four) and what is God teaching you in whatever season of your life you find yourself in?

Autumn... when it smells like winter but you don't freeze your fingers off walking to your car.
And in my current season of singleness, God is showing me that if I open up my life to whatever ministry He wants me in, He will fill my life with so much of Him that I don't ever feel alone. Almost to the point where I'd be bummed to get married because I'm worried I won't get as much quality time with God. (Almost)
Of all the seasons I would have to say fall. It's getting chilly, getting ready for Winter, things are starting to go into hibernation. Sometimes, we need to hibernate. We need to rest. What better place to find that rest than Jesus. In Matthew 11:28 Christ says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
You gotta love your Lord that offered up his life for ours, and still is on a daily basis.
